Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company recipes and standards
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Upsell drinks and promote special events or promotions
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of mixing and serving drinks
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
